HR Management Consulting

The Firm helps employers to manage individual problems at all stages of the employment contract and has developed special expertise in the management of protected employees, incapacity, accidents at work and occupational diseases.

Collective relations

The Firm assists its clients with all aspects of collective relations: drafting of documents (internal regulations, charters, collective agreements), employee savings plans and remuneration, mutual and provident insurance policies, relations with employee representative bodies (professional elections, UES, etc.).

Restructuring and organisational changes

The Firm also provides assistance with more exceptional operations, particularly in the context of organisational changes or transfers of activities, with or without redundancies or an employment protection plan.

Audit

The Firm can provide targeted company auditing services or audits in connection with disposals, mergers or acquisitions, if necessary in collaboration with its partners in other legal fields (tax law, company law, intellectual property, etc.).

Training

The Firm provides training on all subjects relating to labour law and social security law. Training may take the form of a predefined format proposed by the Firm or tailored to meet the needs of the Client.

Mediation

Anne Leleu-Eté has developed strong expertise in mediation and, more generally, in alternative dispute resolution methods. Convinced of the advantages of these methods, she provides advice with a view to resolving conflicts quickly and appropriately.

Litigation

The Firm assists Clients in legal actions against their employees and former employees, trade union organisations, employee representatives and also in connection with URSSAF or CPAM disputes.

Company managers

Executives and company managers use the services of the Firm in the context of recruitment or exit negotiations, to analyse their contractual situation (simultaneous holding of employment contract/company mandate) or when choosing their status according to the company form envisaged.
